The grill pan lid can be used independently on the hob to grill meats, fish and vegetables to perfection. The generously sized base is designed for both hob and oven use and is ideal for soups, stews, casseroles and curries that you can start on the hob and transfer directly to the oven with or without the lid. The 2-layer ‘Ferno Ceramic’ non-stick surface, the newest layer from BergHOFF ensures quality, durability and performance whether using on the hob or in the oven.

The Double Roasting Pan works at it’s most efficient best when both parts are used in tandem. Place your joint of meat in either part, pop the lid on and roast in the oven for soft, tender, juicy meats. Once the meat has finished cooking and is resting before being carved; pop the pan directly on the hob to make fresh gravy from the juices of your roast! The best part is that there is no mess in your oven, it all stays within the Double Roasting Pan which is easy to clean with warm soapy water! 

This roasting pan is ideal for Christmas Day and can even be used as a 2-in-1 to save space in the oven – place your turkey in the large base with the roaster lid inverted on top for roast potatoes, parsnips and all the trimmings!
