The Spin L3 Home Bike is the perfect piece of equipment for you to ramp up your fitness at home. Featured is a 14kg perimeter weighted flywheel and drivetrain providing the authentic road bike feel that Spinning® pioneered 25 years ago. This is complemented with a sweat-resistant powder-coated steel frame to ensure the L3 is built to last.

The umbrella style resistance knob protects the internal mechanical components from sweat while providing optimal contours for precise adjustments. The L3 utilises a manual friction resistance system, simply turn the knob and apply more or less friction to the flywheel to increase or decrease difficulty when cycling. The dual-sided SPD® compatible pedals enable riding with either cycling shoes or trainers, while easy-adjusting stabiliser feet provide simple in-home levelling and a safer ride. Front mounted transport wheels make this the perfect machine for home use as you can move it around to suit your needs. Made with a fore/aft incremental adjustment seat for a personalised fit as well as adjustable straps, this exercise bike is made to be convenient and comfortable. 

The Spin L3 Home Bike comes with a Spinning Digital 1 year subscription, an all in one app for a fully connected experience. Ride with instructors and achieve fitness goals with real-time metrics as well as post-workout performance data.
